Synopsis

Perry and Cheryl Meriot, hailing from Edmonton, Alberta, have grown weary of the city’s harsh winters. Perry’s work as an airline baggage handler demands he brave the elements, even at their most severe. Following a visit to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple resolved to save for a second home there. They envision a two-bedroom condominium on the second floor within a secure community, ideally situated near the beach. However, a strict budget of $150,000 may limit their proximity t
