Synopsis

A family of six, content with their life in Tucson, Arizona, dreams of a tranquil escape to a Fijian island. Their ideal retreat would offer ample space for themselves and visitors, a spacious kitchen for shared meals, ocean vistas, and a large pool surrounded by expansive outdoor living areas—all within a $500,000 budget. Their agent, Will, first presents them with a 1700-square-foot house listed at $275,000. Though featuring only two bedrooms and two bathrooms and lacking a pool, the property
