Synopsis

Simon and Maria Jenkins, retired schoolteachers from Canterbury, England, have long cherished their holidays in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France. But these intermittent escapes to the sun-drenched, wine-producing area are no longer sufficient; they are now planning a permanent move. Their aspiration is to discover a tranquil country house spacious enough to house their artistic endeavors and welcome their four grown children with regularity.
