Years of military service have rendered Mel and his wife, Frederika, seasoned travelers. With Germany often serving as a gateway to their international vacations, they’ve decided it’s time to purchase a home in Berlin. Their real estate agent suggests exploring several districts, and as this will be their second residence, they seek a ready-to-live-in apartment with one or two bedrooms.
