Synopsis

Eight years ago, Anthony Laue, a native of Burbank, California, relocated to the Czech Republic to teach English. The arrival of his son, Samuel, now two years old, has prompted a decision: to make the Czech Republic his permanent home and purchase his first property. He envisions an older apartment with at least three rooms, one of which will serve as a dedicated office space. A bathroom not shared with anyone else is also a key requirement, and Anthony aims to find an apartment meeting these s
