Synopsis

Terry and Kathy aspire to join the hundreds of thousands of Britons who own property in France. At present, they are renting in the southern French town of Saint Jean d'Angely, but are eager to purchase a home. Their ideal is a stone house with three or four bedrooms and a substantial fireplace, ideally with a swimming pool or the potential for one. With a budget of approximately $550,000, they have engaged UK expatriate Matthew Barry to assist in their search.
