Synopsis

Terry and Kathy aspire to join the hundreds of thousands of Britons who own property in France. Presently renting in Saint Jean d'Angely, a town in southern France, they are eager to purchase a home and are searching for a stone house with three or four bedrooms, and ideally featuring a substantial fireplace and the possibility of a swimming pool. With a budget of approximately $550,000, they have engaged the services of UK expatriate Matthew Barry to assist in their property search.
