Synopsis

Ryan Marshall, a human resources consultant based in Tokyo, has been residing in a compact apartment in Nishi-Azabu. He’s recently resolved to seek a more permanent home and is now searching for a larger, quieter dwelling in Akasaka. A key priority for Ryan is an improved view, a challenging prospect in a metropolis of thirty million people. With a budget of $500,000, he places his trust in realtor Naoko Okada to locate a space that meets his needs and offers the vista he desires.
