Synopsis

In the picturesque city of Edinburgh, Scotland, Claire and Russell Higgins reside with their five-year-old daughter, Beth, in a cozy two-bedroom house. Anticipating the arrival of a new baby, the couple seeks a larger home offering increased storage and a more convenient location. Claire’s employer, real estate agent Donna Paterson-Harvie, is eager to assist them in securing a new property within Edinburgh's demanding housing market before their family grows.
