Synopsis

In the picturesque city of Edinburgh, Scotland, Claire and Russell Higgins reside with their five-year-old daughter, Beth, in a cozy two-bedroom house. Anticipating the arrival of a new baby, the couple is eager to find a more spacious home with ample storage and a desirable location. Claire's employer, real estate agent Donna Paterson-Harvie, aims to assist them in navigating Edinburgh’s competitive housing market and securing their new residence before the baby's due date.
