Synopsis

Jonnie Irwin returns to a couple he assisted with their first property search in Sussex. He revisits the house he had shown them, the one they eventually purchased within their £600,000 budget. The couple held distinct aspirations for their countryside move; one was determined to operate a bed and breakfast from their new home.
