Synopsis

When decorated Navy Captain Charles Langston orchestrates the abduction of a Veterans Affairs administrator implicated in financial malfeasance, the NCIS team finds itself compelled to collaborate with a unique set of allies. They turn to retired Admirals AJ Chegwidden and Sterling Bridges, former colleagues of Hetty’s from the Vietnam War era, to unravel the complex case.
