Synopsis

Distrust gnawed at Callen as he suspected a clandestine arrangement – a deal brokered between compromised law enforcement and elements within the military. Determined to unravel this illicit operation, he and Sam devised a plan: they would infiltrate the network by assuming the identities of California Highway Patrol officers.
