Synopsis

When a notorious group of killers, known as the "Body Stitchers," resurface – a group the NCIS had struggled to capture years prior – the team must once again collaborate with the FBI. Meanwhile, Sam's father forges an unexpected connection with a new acquaintance named Arkady.
