Synopsis

A stabbing has occurred, and the NCIS team is called upon to investigate. The victim, a Navy reservist, was found wounded, and his laboratory, a chaotic collection of pesticides and insects, had been thoroughly ransacked. In the aftermath, Kilbride extends to Sam the offer of an interim operations manager position. Meanwhile, Rountree finds himself contemplating the path ahead.
