Synopsis

The murder of a Naval Intelligence officer plunges NCIS into a grim investigation. Their efforts are complicated when Joelle reveals a disturbing pattern: other CIA operatives are meeting the same brutal end. Adding to the personal danger, Kensi receives a threatening postcard from David Kessler, the volatile individual consumed by an unhealthy obsession with her.
