Synopsis

Following the murder of an arms dealer, the NCIS team joins forces with the State Department. Evidence suggests the crime is linked to a string of other offenses perpetrated by an individual possessing highly specialized special forces training. Meanwhile, Callen pays a visit to ATF Agent Anna Kolcheck, who is incarcerated as she awaits her sentencing.
