Synopsis

When Syrian national David Sarraf is violently attacked while attempting to deliver evidence of chemical weapons used against civilians, the NCIS team collaborates with the Global Criminal Tribunal. Meanwhile, Kensi remains at the scene, offering comfort to Sarraf as he lies pinned beneath a vehicle.
