Synopsis

A Croatian doctor arrives at Sacred Heart Hospital, only to discover he must repeat his internship. J.D. exhibits symptoms consistent with vasovagal syncope, a condition marked by fainting spells and temporary loss of consciousness. Turk and Elliot engage in a disagreement regarding responsibility for J.D.'s care, while Carla attempts a new excuse: "I have a baby." Meanwhile, the janitor is on vacation.
