Synopsis

In Phoenix, Arizona, at a medical convention, J.D. and Turk unexpectedly encounter J.D.'s former girlfriend, Dr. Kim Briggs, who has a surprise in store for him. Back at Sacred Heart, the janitor stages a deception, posing as the chief of medicine, while Dr. Cox subtly plants seeds of doubt regarding Elliot's impending wedding.
