Synopsis

Following Laverne's passing, the staff of Sacred Heart resolve to integrate lessons gleaned from her life into their daily conduct. Carla finds herself disheartened by the pervasive sense that life continues as before. Dr. Cox struggles to carve out a consistent twenty minutes of solitude each day. Elsewhere, the Janitor assists J.D. and Turk in attending to a deaf patient. And Elliot discovers that Keith desires a deeper commitment from them both.
