Synopsis

A sense of weary repetition pervades the hospital for J.D. Dr. Cox has returned to his duties, yet Elliot perceives a diminished spark in him, a loss of his characteristic assuredness. She voices her concerns directly to him. Meanwhile, Carla finds herself increasingly frustrated with Turk; his capabilities seem diminished by her pregnancy, a circumstance that prevents her from fully utilizing his assistance.
