Synopsis

Dr. Kelso was incensed upon discovering a bird had taken residence in Sacred Heart. He instructed the Janitor to remove it without delay. Yet, the Janitor had grown fond of the creature and secreted it away as a pet. Elsewhere, J.D., irritated with Keith, plotted to have his colleague fired, but his efforts yielded unforeseen results.
