Synopsis

Dr. Clock endeavors to bridge the growing divide between J.D. and Eliot, all the while anticipating Dr. Cox's decision regarding the Chief Resident position. A quiet tension simmers between Molly and Carla, while Elliot and J.D. tentatively begin to find common ground after a period of persistent disagreement. Elsewhere, Dr. Cox, Turk, and the Janitor are compelled to collaborate in the service of a patient’s well-being.
