Synopsis

Following his mother's fiancé's eviction, Dan takes refuge with J.D., but after a period of shared time at the hospital, he finds himself uncertain about the cynical turn his younger brother has taken. Meanwhile, Elliot grapples with the challenges of a long-distance relationship and resolves to supplement her income by working as a pet examiner with Carla.
