Synopsis

A secret weighs on J.D. when the man Carla entertains with hypothetical scenarios asks her out. Simultaneously, a different tension simmers as Carla relentlessly questions Turk about his glances at other women. Elsewhere, Elliot finds herself in a difficult position; both Dr. Cox and Dr. Kelso caution her against prescribing medication to a patient, convinced he is feigning pain due to addiction.
