Synopsis

J.D. suspects he has at last discovered a mentor in Dr. Kevin Casey, a surgeon afflicted with obsessive-compulsive disorder, and it appears that Dr. Cox has harbored a long-standing envy of him. In the meantime, the Janitor and his latest assistant lend Kelso assistance with a refuse issue.
