Synopsis

J.D. persists in his courtship of Jamie, but reaches an impasse upon discovering her penchant for theatrical displays. Dr. Kelso instructs Dr. Cox to deliver a lecture on compassionate patient interaction, a preventative measure against potential legal action. Carla is confronted with the death of her mother and, in the wake of grief, expresses a desire for marriage.
