Synopsis

Turk escorts J.D. to the operating room, where J.D., determined to avoid appearing less capable than his colleagues, inadvertently treads on Turk’s toes. Meanwhile, Paul overhears Elliot, while organizing her CDs, murmur something about U2 and believes she also uttered "I love you." Dr. Cox, seeking retribution against Dr. Kelso, spreads a fabricated rumor of the latter's demise, exposing the true sentiments of those around him.
