Synopsis

Each of the three interns has been assigned a patient grappling with a distinct ailment. Probability dictates that, unfortunately, one of these patients will succumb to their illness. J.D.'s charge is Mrs. Tanner, an eighty-six-year-old woman suffering from renal failure. David Morrison, at twenty years old, is Turk's hernia case, while Elliot’s patient, Mrs. Guerrero, communicates only in Spanish and may be battling lupus.
