Synopsis

United Nations forces initiated Operation Polecharge, aiming to conclude Operation Commando. However, concerns lingered beyond the battlefield: UN pilots had crossed into the demilitarized zone, resulting in the deaths of two young Korean boys and sparking widespread condemnation. Adding to the tension, a recent Soviet atomic bomb test cast a pall of apprehension over the entire world.
