Synopsis

A dog rescued from hardship often carries a deep-seated aversion to people and the kitchen, a combination prone to complications. A therapy dog, conversely, suffers from an inexplicable dread of hard surfaces. And a pug, it seems, consistently finds itself in conflict with other creatures.
