Synopsis

Stardate 44085.7. During a transport to the nearest Federation Starbase for a young boy suffering from a grave illness, Data unexpectedly assumes command of the Enterprise and steers the vessel toward a planet far from their course. There, he discovers that his creator has summoned him to a significant meeting, one with the potential to redefine his existence. Unbeknownst to Data, however, the summons also reached Lore, his twin brother.
