Synopsis
Stardate 43989.1. Lieutenant Commander Shelby, a Starfleet specialist in the Borg, is assigned to the *Enterprise* to investigate the vanishing of a Federation colony. Soon, Captain Picard is captured by the Borg and absorbed into their Collective. This compels Commander Riker to initiate a desperate rescue attempt.
