Synopsis

In the countryside north of Tokyo, aspiring jockeys dedicate themselves to rigorous training. For two years, these young hopefuls will live apart from their families, disconnected from the modern world by the absence of mobile phones. We observe their initial efforts as they embark on the path toward realizing their ambition.
