Synopsis

Tears welled in the woman's eyes as she pleaded with Cleatus for help. The moneylender had threatened eviction, leaving her and her two children with nowhere to turn. Cleatus, however, refused. A bitter resentment simmered within him, a desire for vengeance against her former husband for a past betrayal. Seeing the woman’s distress, Thankam and Lilly exchanged a look, and a plan began to form. Could they succeed in offering the woman the financial aid she desperately needed? The answer awaits.
