Synopsis

Chef Vikas finds inspiration in the forgotten corners of his refrigerator, transforming humble leftovers into a dish he calls Pardanasheen Biriyani. He invites us on a journey to his childhood home in Amritsar, where he shares a Roti Chori, a simple bread that tastes precisely as it did from his grandmother's kitchen.
