Synopsis

Chef Anahita Dhondy initiates Week 7 with a two-part challenge. Initially, the home cooks must identify various grains, with the successful participant earning an advantage in the subsequent round. Then, they will utilize millets as the core of their dishes, facing an unexpected complication midway through. The cook whose dish is judged the weakest of the day will be at risk of elimination.
