Shio and Akari, childhood companions of Eiyu’s, both vie for his attention, each employing a subtly unsettling approach.

With school resuming, Runako has returned to the neighborhood and will be staying with Eiyu for a time.

Akari favors curry bread of a fiery heat. Soon, the three of them find themselves together in the bath. Meanwhile, Shio studies alongside Eiyu.

Eiyu, Shio, Akari, and Runako made their way to the shore. Eventually, Eiyu and Akari found themselves separated from the others and spent the night together.

Eiyu sought out Runako for counsel regarding Akari. Meanwhile, Akari and Shio confessed their affections for Eiyu to one another.

"I won't be able to make it to the fireworks," Shio said to Eiyu. As she spoke, Haru appeared for the first time.

The revelation struck Eiyu, Shio, and Akari with a quiet force: their long-held friend Haru was, in truth, a girl.

A wave of disorientation washed over Eiyu, following the unexpected kisses from both Haru and Shio. Soon after, they found themselves unexpectedly drawn into the preparations for Sports Day, joining the organizing committee alongside Shio.
