Synopsis

A particularly difficult day prompts Penny to question the path she's chosen, a contemplation that inevitably includes Leonard. Elsewhere, Howard and Bernadette find themselves stretched thin attempting to care for Mrs. Wolowitz, while Raj seeks guidance on matters of the heart from Sheldon.
