With a budget of £7,000, the designers infuse the landscape of Blackburn with elements of east Asian style, transforming a previously disjointed garden into a haven of tranquility. The design features a teahouse, substantial rocks, and a tranquil pond – a significant undertaking that demands considerable effort.
