Synopsis

Karen has been behaving with an unusual clinginess, a sweetness entirely unlike her usual demeanor. It’s a calculated performance, a ruse to persuade Koyomi to introduce her to Kanbaru. He responds with a challenge, devising a test for Karen, one that hinges on her toothbrush.
