Synopsis

The day presented a series of challenges for the officers of Carlisle. First, a stick of dynamite had been delivered to a local police station, requiring careful handling. Simultaneously, the armed response unit received a report of a firearm sighting within a city center bar. Later, they responded to a traffic accident: a drunk driver had collided with a cyclist, trapping the rider. The day concluded with assistance to a teenager whose car had crashed into a wall in the darkness.
