Synopsis

A patrol officer narrowly avoids being struck by a driver consumed by desperation. Elsewhere, another officer’s composure is strained by a motorist’s intoxication. Meanwhile, one officer pursues a suspect of interest, while a group of young people attempts to mislead those monitoring traffic.
