Synopsis

Responding to a report of a suspected stolen van, Rob finds himself engaged in his first pursuit as the vehicle careens down a dual carriageway traveling against the flow of traffic. Meanwhile, Paul and Harrison deal with a driver who appears to have no understanding of the necessity of motor insurance.
