Synopsis

Interceptor Charlie is currently pursuing a driver at speeds of 115 miles per hour, the driver repeatedly taking dangerous risks. Meanwhile, Sandra and Chris are engaged in a difficult effort to obtain a breath sample from a suspect operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
