Synopsis

Jen and her dog Quantum pursue a dangerous suspect with a history of assaulting officers, as authorities intensify efforts against illegal cannabis farms, uncovering a substantial quantity in a derelict warehouse. Meanwhile, a van displaying fraudulent registration plates wreaks havoc on the roads, smashing through the pavement and becoming lodged against a building.
