Synopsis

Lisa and Lewis confronted a difficult young man with a crude vocabulary, then proceeded to the canal, alerted by a member of the public who reported hearing gunshots. Meanwhile, Phil Broughton was pursuing a Ford that repeatedly failed to stop, exceeding speeds of over a ton.
