Synopsis

Sergeant Steve watched as a driver, heedless of the worsening weather, made a desperate escape. Whatever cunning they employed on the road, the suspect could not evade the surveillance of the aircraft overhead. Meanwhile, Ben encountered a belligerent driver already impaired by alcohol, who repeatedly failed the breathalyzer.
