Synopsis

Dan and Tom wrestled with a driver whose blood alcohol content was four times the legal limit, yet he resisted arrest even as they secured him in the police vehicle. Meanwhile, Sophie and Adie intercepted a vehicle full of young men at five in the morning; the driver was over the limit, but it was something concealed beneath his trousers that truly demanded attention.
